Introduction

1. Q: How could I get samples?
A: We send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment. If you don't have an courier account, you can send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T or WU.

2. Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

3. Q: How can I get your price list?
A: Please send us your email or fax for our price list and order information.

4. Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A: Yes you can. Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. .Free of charge per order quantity above 1000pcs You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format. If you want your logo and company name to be printed on the package for the products (custom design package), such as gift box and paper card, the minimum order is 5,000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in JPG, TIF, AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw formats.

5. Q: How to place an order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
1) Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
2) Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
3) Delivery time required
4) Freight payment (by collect or prepay)
5) Forwarder's contact details if there's any (in China or Hong Kong)

6. Q: Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes. We can arrange transportation by sea or by air. and any other express (UPS .DHL .TNT .EMS  etc)

7. Q: How can the products be sent to us?
A: For small quantity or weight less than 20kg, sent usually by courier. For orders from 20 to 500kg, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. Basically, the transportation depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation method, destination country (airport, sea port).

8. Q: What's your usual payment term for orders?
A: Formal order policy:30% T/T(or western union )of total invoice amount in advance as deposit, 70% balance before shipment .100% full payment before shippment for the samples on Western or T/T
9. Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A: 3-12 month once we send goods out, The guarantee does not include: accident or improper use.

10. Q: I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
A: yes .we do accept retail order .but the price should  be higher
